02Where the paid line sits
Free stops at five items a month.
Five items is enough to understand what a garment label generally does and does not carry. That realisation is the part we are happy to give away, and the free plan keeps the blank-stage notice and the limits of what we know fully visible — the watermark never covers either of them.
What paying adds is the part that takes real work: reading a whole wardrobe rather than one garment, keeping every reading in one file, comparing items against each other, and getting the questions out as a document you can actually send.
Working through origin marking one label at a time and turning each gap into a properly worded question is a job nobody finishes by hand. That is what the subscription is for.
What an allowance is
Your monthly allowance is a measure of service use, nothing else. It is not money, not a stored balance, not exchangeable for cash, and not transferable. It resets at the start of each period and does not carry over. There are no credit packs and nothing to top up: if you run out, you either wait for the reset or move up a plan.

04Billing
The terms, in full, before you pay.
- Currency and tax
- Every price is quoted in USD and includes tax. There is no other currency and no separate tax added at checkout.
- What is being sold
- Access to a software service, sold as a subscription. Nothing physical is sold, nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery period.
- Renewal
- A monthly plan renews every month on the same day; a yearly plan renews every year on the same date. Renewal is at the price shown when you subscribed, and continues until you cancel.
- Cancelling
- One control on your billing page. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, needs no email or phone call, and asks for no reason.
- Withdrawal
- Fourteen days as a consumer, unless you expressly asked for the service to start immediately and expressly waived the right — two separate boxes at checkout, neither pre-ticked.
- Refunds
- A valid withdrawal within fourteen days is refunded in full. Beyond that, cancelling stops the next renewal and the period already paid for runs to its end.
- Changing plan
- Moving up takes effect immediately with the difference charged pro rata. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal.
- Price changes
- Any change to the price of your plan is notified by email at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
- Payment security
- The payment page is served over HTTPS and hosted by our payment services provider. We never see, handle or store your full card number. Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Promotions
- The yearly price is the only reduction offered. There are no other discounts, no introductory rates and no time-limited pricing on this site.
